Etude diagnostic (DIA)
Phase à prendre en considération uniquement lorsque le projet affecte un bâtiment existant. Peut être réalisée en plusieurs fois et à diverse étape du projet, il s’agit d’une analyse d’état des lieux.

| TED | management of the execution of works contracts |
| AOR | for assistance during acceptance operations and during the year of the perfect completion guarantee |
| EP | preliminary studies |
| IAD | diagnostic studies |
